This week’s Senior Slay is Madison Davis. Her favorite memory from school is playing kickball in 9th grade gym class. Madison’s advice for younger students is “Progress is better than perfection and done is better than perfect." Madison plans to attend college at either IU Bloomington or Ball State to pursue media production. Madison’s favorite class is broadcasting. She says her most Slay Moment of high school is producing her own music. A fun fact about Madison is that she creates her own content.

Over the Summer Father Sengole visited his family in Veeravanallur, in the State of Tamilnadu, India. During his trip he most enjoyed getting to visit family, friends, and saying Mass in his native language. He said he did not get to see a lot of his extended family, but luckily was able to visit some. He enjoyed meals with his family such as Idli, Dosa, Sambar, Pongal, Vada, and Chicken Curry!

Over the next couple of months Father Sengole will be visiting Rome, Italy to study Pneumatology or systematic theology, the study of the Holy Spirit. This is for a doctoral program at the University of Angelicum. During his free time he would like to do some sight seeing and is most looking forward to meeting new friends, professors, and is very excited about seeing Pope Francis and listening to his homilies! We will all be in his prayers while he visits Rome!
