NCYC stands for National Catholic Youth Conference. It takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana every other year. This year, 2023, NCYC took place on November 16th through the 18th. During this conference students experienced many things such as inspiring speakers, music and worship, and mass and adoration. This year over 12,000 people attended and had an amazing experience!! There were multiple musicians performing every day. The first night there was a concert by The King and Country. Everyone had an incredible time and we look forward to going back in two years.

This week's Senior Slay is Logen Griffin. Logen has attended Seton the past two years. Logen's favorite memory while she has been in high school is when her whole grade went to COSI her Junior year. Logen has done many sports throughout her high school career. Before she came to Seton she did golf, basketball, and softball at Hagerstown. When she came to Seton she did cheer and decided to do volleyball her senior year. Her favorite class while she has been at Seton is religion because she has learned more about the Catholic religion and found it interesting. Logen's most slay moment of high school was when she won homecoming queen her senior year. A fun fact about Logen is she used to dance when she was little. Logen's advice for younger students is "stay on top of your school work." Logen's future plans are to attend college and major in elementary education. We wish Logen the best of luck, and we know she will do great things.
